These terms apply to every yacht charter booked with Yacht Rental Dubai through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. By paying a deposit you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and Deposit
- A booking is confirmed once we receive a 20% deposit and send you a written confirmation on WhatsApp or email.
- The remaining balance must be paid before boarding on the day of your charter.
- All charters have a minimum duration of 2 hours unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Any VAT or card fees, if applicable, are shown on your booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation by the Guest
- More than 72 hours before departure: full refund of the deposit, or free change of date.
- 48 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the deposit is refundable, or the date can be changed once.
- Less than 48 hours before departure, or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
- Peak dates (such as New Year’s Eve and major event weekends) are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. Weather and Safety Cancellations
If the Dubai Coast Guard, port authority or our captain cancels or shortens a trip because of weather or safety conditions, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund for the time not used. The captain’s decision on safety is final.
4. Departure Time and Delays
- Please arrive at the marina 15 minutes before departure.
- The charter starts at the booked time. Late arrival is counted as part of your charter time.
- Extending a trip on board is subject to availability and is charged at the hourly rate.
5. Guests and Conduct
- The number of guests may not exceed the yacht’s licensed capacity shown on our website.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and wear life jackets when required.
- Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions and UAE laws at all times.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the yacht caused by them or their group.
6. Food, Drinks and Add-ons
Soft drinks, water and ice are included. Catering, decorations, photography, water sports and other add-ons are booked separately and confirmed in writing before the trip.
7. Changes by Yacht Rental Dubai
In rare cases, such as a technical issue, we may offer a yacht of similar size and standard. If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund.
